About the Role
The Director of Growth will be a key member of the FloorFound team and has responsibility for overseeing all go-to-market processes and programs. You will have responsibility for attainment of the overall revenue number of the business through direct sales, demand generation, partner lead generation and other marketing programs.

This is a player/coach role and will have responsibility over:
  • Quota
  • Developing the go to market playbook
  • Putting in place the right systems and processes to support sales and marketing programs
  • Initially responsible for pre-sales engagement and customer acquisition (including end to end management of pipeline opportunities)

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage a plan for execution on the company’s revenue targets
  • Engage with all early company prospects and run end to end sales process with both mid-tier and large enterprise clients
  • Report to leadership team and to board on execution on the revenue plan for the business
  • Responsibility for overseeing the development of demand generation programs for the company and supervising either an internal demand generation manager or demand generation agency
  • Putting in place all foundational tools including demand generation, ABM, CRM, and revenue intelligence and optimization applications
  • Recruiting additional Sales Directors and ultimately managing the team of Sales Directors to quota
  • Collaborating closely with Product and other members of the leadership team in developing product packaging and pricing models plus other selling materials including ROI models
  • Working with the company’s 3pl partners and other partners to optimize partner sourced leads
  • Collaborate with Product and other members of the leadership team on roadmap sequencing and prioritization
 

Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of contributor sales experience at the highest level including consistent quota achievement in an enterprise software environment
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated sales leadership
  • Experience implementing sales systems and applications including demand generation, CRM, pipeline intelligence, etc.
  • Experience working closely with product and marketing teams to develop product packaging and pricing models and marketing playbooks/personas
  • Direct experience in eCommerce and familiarity with eCommerce systems and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to take a product/platform to market at early stage, ideally initial go to market efforts or within the first 1-2 years of company’s lifecycle
  • Technically savvy and hands on experience selling and demonstrating complex enterprise software
