About the Role
The Marketing Manager will be leading the charge in terms of demand generation, content and account based marketing, brand development, and events. You will work very closely with Product on developing packaging, pricing, and persona models as we develop leadership in our space and deep understanding of our market.

Mission: To ensure that FloorFound becomes the market leading circular commerce platform for oversized eCommerce categories. This will be measured by our ability to succeed in building awareness with our top target customer list, by converting these target customers into qualified leads and into new business for the company. This will be a key role in accomplishment of our license and transaction revenue goals.
Responsibilities
  • Work with Sales in the development of our ideal target customer list and tiering for account based marketing purposes
  • Implementation of our demand generation stack
  • Direct responsibility for qualified lead generation in support of customer acquisition goals
  • Development of all collateral to support our go-to-market efforts
  • Collaboration with an agency on development of content in support of our overall content marketing plan and positioning of the company as the thought leader in both the oversized returns and resale space and the broader circular commerce category
  • Advance the company’s objective to become a leading voice for conscious capitalism and sustainability in the eCommerce space
  • Management of partnership with 3rd party agencies for development of content, collateral our web site and digital marketing playbook in support of our customer’s private label recommerce stores
  • Overall management of brand identity

Qualifications
  • At least 5-6 years in a marketing manager and contributor role
  • Experience with implementation of demand generation systems/processes
  • Proven success with managing lead generation requirements for a high growth enterprise SaaS company
  • Experience working with 3rd party agencies both of digital marketing and content development
  • Experience working closely with sale and product on development or product packaging and pricing
  • Event management experience
  • Experience with creating corporate brand guide and some experience with development of brand identity and persona models
