The role

FloorFound is the leading end-to-end recommerce platform for oversized retailers (i.e. furniture, appliances, workout equipment, mattresses, etc.). The company has seen over 8x growth in clients in the past year and is now pioneering the recommerce revolution with brands such as Floyd Home, Burrow, Inside Weather, Million Dollar Baby, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Living Spaces, Sabai, Outer, EQ3, and Interior Define.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive and support our demand generation and growth activities and goals. This person will drive event initiatives (including conferences, webinars and hosted events) through detailed planning and coordination, while also ensuring our sales team is enabled to best capitalize on each event. Though events are the key focus of this role, you will also produce digital content, assist in public relations initiatives, and strategize/execute on a wide variety of digital campaigns. This will be an incredibly valued new member of the team, and you will be presented with numerous opportunities for growth as our business rapidly scales.

You will be joining a marketing team dedicated to finding and persuading brands that recommerce is good for business as well as the planet. Together we can help retailers keep more oversized returns and resale items in reuse and circulation…and out of landfills.


To attract, engage and educate brands with oversized products on how recommerce programs reduce costs, attract new customers, and unearth new income streams…all while helping to protect the planet and enabling FloorFound to achieve its business goals.


  • Own the logistical planning and execution of events, adhering to deadlines and being attentive to the value of staying on budget and on time. Attend and support some tradeshows.
  • Coordinate trade show plans with sales and marketing stakeholders by providing concise and timely updates per event, creating and sharing event/program calendarsto enable the team to drive engagement around the event, generate leads and hit goals.
  • Manage and maintain event assets including landing pages, invites, emails, 1-sheets and any other supporting tools.
  • Track event registrant/attendee engagement via HubSpot and generate metrics/ongoing reporting to measure the success, while also creating reports based on findings.
  • Assist on content creation (blogs, emails, social posts, webinars, video etc) and support gathering cross-departmental data to support PR activities.
  • Design and run engagement and conversion optimization experiments and A/B tests based on in-market performance and findings.
  • Act as a key member of the marketing team, helping drive continuous improvement in department processes that are consistent with lean principles.
  • Partner cross-functionally with others on the marketing, sales, client success and product teams to execute multi-channel campaigns.
  • Identify and prioritize existing and new channels and partners we can work with to reach bigger (or more targeted) audiences.


  • Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in event or trade show planning, demand generation management, budgeting, project management and negotiating contracts.
  • Minimum 2-4 years in a digital marketing department preferable B2B.
  • Experience with marketing/sales tools (HubSpot, Marketo, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.)
  • Effective facilitation, project management and organizational skills.
  • A strong track record of meeting targets and objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demanding timelines and multiple projects independently or with limited supervision/direction.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating).
  • Desire to develop expert level understanding of brand guidelines and policies.
  • Travel – Limited travel (no more than 20%).
  • Strong curiosity for continuing learning and keeping a pulse on the evolving digital landscape.
  • Passion for helping to address climate change.
  • Experience working at a high-growth SaaS start-up.
