About the role

The Sales Director role at FloorFound is responsible for maximizing engagement and sales to a target list of key accounts to the business. This is an end to end sales role to both enterprise and mid-tier accounts (eCommerce retailers selling $25m online and beyond) and will require a candidate that has deep experience with managing a complex multi-stakeholder sales process including roles like executive, finance, operations, marketing and eCommerce. FloorFound is the leader in oversized Recommerce and in addition to running a great, disciplined sales process, the Sales Director leads the way in inspiring and challenging the best and most innovative brands in eCommerce to adopt Recommerce as a key part of their overall business strategy.


To ensure that FloorFound becomes the leader in oversized Recommerce through not only attaining and surpassing sales quota but that we also win business with the right brands. The Sales Director will maintain the sales relationship for the full lifecycle of the client and be responsible for the ongoing expansion of each account as FloorFound continues to deliver new capabilities to empower our client’s overall Recommerce strategy.


  • Build a pipeline to support the company’s license and transactional revenue goals
  • End-to-end sales cycle management: from outreach, to qualification, to close
  • Assist Product/Marketing and other leadership in the ongoing development of pricing and packaging for the solution
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure maximum engagement with our top 100 target list
  • Capture and report feedback from the field for Product and Marketing


  • At least 7-10 years of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quota
  • Proven repeat attainment of activity, pipeline development and closing/quota goals
  • Ability to run a sales cycle end to end from prospecting through qualification to close
  • Pipeline management, reporting and forecasting ability
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and other sales insights/analytics tools preferred
  • Experience specifically in retail eCommerce SaaS sales preferred
  • Polished presentation skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and ambitious workload
