About the role

The Sales Director role will be vital in helping us achieve the customer acquisition and revenue generation objectives of the business. You will assure that we win as the first mover at fully engaging with our target market and expertly articulating the value and ROI of the FloorFound solution. As the key initial member of our sales team, you will also have responsibility for working with marketing, product and other areas of the business to ensure right systems and processes are in place. It is critical that you have the ability to measure and report on our success. Here are the details.


To ensure that FloorFound becomes the leader in the circular commerce category as measured by number and quality of customers, license/transaction revenue goals, and customer’s full adoption of our platform.


  • Build a pipeline to support the company’s license and transactional revenue goals
  • End-to-end sales cycle management: from outreach, to qualification, to close
  • Assist Product/Marketing and other leadership in the ongoing development of pricing and packaging for the solution
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure maximum engagement with our top 100 target list
  • Capture and report feedback from the field for Product and Marketing


  • At least 3-4 years of quota producing performance selling SaaS software to either SMB or enterprise
  • Proven repeat attainment of activity, pipeline development and closing/quota goals
  • Ability to run a sales cycle end to end from prospecting through qualification to close
  • Pipeline management, reporting and forecasting ability
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and other sales insights/analytics tools preferred
  • Experience specifically in retail eCommerce SaaS sales preferred
