As supply chain delays continue to impact retail inventory and the demand for sustainable goods continues to grow, more and more companies are looking into resale as an opportunity to meet customers’ expectations and grow revenue.
Joybird, a unit of La-Z-Boy, that sells modern customizable home furnishings online, recently partnered with the eCommerce returns solution, FloorFound, to handle the reselling of their returned items. The partnership allows customers who return purchases from Joybird's website to have those products automatically listed for resale on the FloorFound site.
This move is one of Joybird's numerous initiatives to reduce waste, free up precious warehouse space, and promote sustainable business practices while simultaneously benefiting the business and its customers.
